Stowaway Package
For Groups up to 20 People
Art Room, Wine Cellar Tasting Room, Library or Side Patio
The individual rooms make for a quaint, private venue for a small gathering. The Art Room is airy, with counter display area and running water. The Wine Tasting Room has old world charm with the brick lined walls and wine barrel tables. The Library is warm and rich with the book lined walls and gas fireplace giving it an intellectual feel, making serious study or discussions appropriate. The French doors in the Library open onto the 400 sq ft Side Patio with easy access.
Each area has restroom facilities.

First Mate Package
For Groups up to 40 People
Combine usage of The Library with the Side Patio if you have a larger group, but want to keep your function intimate.
Ø $150 for the First Hour
Ø Additional Hours $40/hr
Captain's Package
For Groups up to 40 People
The Captain’s Package includes The Library, The Side Patio and The Dining Room, offering you an expanded area for a buffet. On site catering is not available, but you may use a food service contractor or your own culinary creations for your guests.

Admiral's Package
For Groups up to 50 People
Your guests will enjoy a wonderful experience with all “entertaining” areas of the residence. This includes, The Parlor, The Library, The Side Patio (weather permitting), The Dining Room, The Art Room and The Wine Tasting Room. It also includes use of the Prep Kitchen.*
Ø $300 for the First Hour
Ø Additional Hours $100/hr
Additional Services and Terms
Ø *The Prep Kitchen is the perfect staging area for food preparation and serving, the area includes refrigerator, freezer, microwave, warmer, sink. All refuse must be removed. $50 fee
Ø Food Fee. If you want to bring food into the residence, but do not need usage of the Prep Kitchen, the fee is $25.
Ø Security Deposit $100 to reserve the date, and will be refunded within 7 days after event.
Ø Payment Due seven (7) days prior to event.
Ø Coordinator interface with outside service personnel, (Florist, Caterer, Musicians, Photographer, $25 per agency)
Ø All Packages require a three (3) hour minimum.
Ø Please note, the main kitchen is not available for use.
