Our genealogy library is the culmunation of over 40 years of work done by Janet Brown. She has amassed a fabulous library which she has generously donated to the Lester~Brown Foundation. Some of the notable research materials include
Revolutionaly War Pensions
Loyalist Lists
Compendium of American Genealogy (7 vols)
French Families of the Detroit River (Dennison)
Civil War thing blue books
Census Records
Passenger Lists
Family and Locale Periodicals
and other wonderful reference materials
Most of the research materials cover only the United States.

The library will be available May through October,
most weekends Saturday and Sunday from 1-4pm,
or by appointment.
Reservations will be required.
Fees for Copies will vary depending upon the item requested.
On site assistance will be available to answer questions and assist with research.
